How to order custom gifts from Posh

Here is a list of some of the considerations you may have in mind when you get in touch with us regarding your custom gift.

Call us to discuss curating your custom gift. You can expect a quote including price range and time frame on this call.

Use the ORDER NOW button below and we will contact you within the hour for an introduction, to hear more about your custom gift idea, and to understand any special requirements you may have.

• We will provide you with sample images of some of our creations based on your criteria.
• Once we have verbal agreement, you will sign-off and authorize the design by email.
• Your gift will be delivered (or shipped) within 24 hours. Orders that consist of five or more gifts will require a custom delivery quote and will be included in communication with Posh. 
• Please allow 24 hours to design your personalized gift. All orders must be received by 12PM (PST) for next day delivery or shipment.  

• All purchases must be made by persons 21 years of age or older.
• All purchases must be prepaid at the premises or online.
• All deliveries must be made only to persons 21 years of age or older with proof of valid identification and signature upon delivery.
• All deliveries shall be made by employees 21 years of age or older. 
• All packages containing adult beverages are subject to an add-on shipping charge of $6 per bottle and $10 for 6-pack beers. 
• Promotions, coupons, and other special offers do not apply to packages including alcoholic beverages.
• Alcoholic beverages cannot be shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO or International addresses.

A 10.2% sales tax will be added to all items delivered to the state of Washington.  

We ship via USPS Priority Mail nationwide and globally (Limited Countries). Orders including chocolates and Caviar will be shipped with cold packs, extra charges may apply. Standard processing charges are added to all items. 

Local Hand Delivery  

Local hand delivery to the greater Eastside and Seattle area is available at a rate of $30 (within a 20 mile radius of Kirkland, WA).

All sales are final. Items damaged during shipment will be fully refunded.
